- Found oil filter loose, filter appears to be old, O- ring has slow oil leak. Oil is overfilled. Oil pan and front main seal area covered. Recommend customer to monitor, if oil leak returns to come back to further diagnose oil leak. Tightened oil filter, vehicle okay at this time.
- Unable to replicate customer concern at this time. All fluids are okay at this time.
